Newbie Run with Offutt Jeepers

There's nothing more I love, than wheeling with new people. It always brings me back to the first time I took my Jeep off-road... how much fun I had, a first look into the Jeep lifestyle, etc. Having the honor to be apart of someone's first time wheeling is an awesome thing. For that reason, we did a "Newbie Run" with the Offutt Jeepers. We had a few new people come out to Tuttle Creek with us, and we had a great time. Anyway, enough about that... let's get on to the pictures!

The group, halfway to Randolph. Stopped by Walmart for a potty break!

Overall, we had a really great day. I ended up attempting a harder exit from the Mini Rock Garden (also known as "The Punisher"). Corey in his Rubicon TJ had to winch out, but that didn't stop me from giving it a go. I think if I was a half inch taller I would have made it out. Sadly, I turtled the Jeep and ended up pulling some cable.

Stuck!! :)

Thanks for letting me use you as an anchor, Corey!

The only break we had in the day, was a u-joint on Richard's JKU. We couldn't find a replacement in town so we ended up just pulling the axle shaft and he was able to drive it home.

Hi-lift wasn't quite tall enough!

Check out some more pictures from the day...

I hope you enjoyed the pictures. It truly was an awesome day, despite the break. Until next time.......
